• Form I-485, Application to register permanent residence.

• Form G-325A, biographic information.

• Form I-864 Affidavit of support.

• Form I-864A Contract between sponsor and household member.

• Two (2) color photographs in an envelope marked with my alien number.

• Certified copy of my birth certificate (alien)

• Certified copy of my husband's birth certificate (U.S Citizen)

• Certified copy of our marriage certificate.

• Copy of K-1 Visa in my passport.

• Copy of both sides of my I-94.

• Vaccination supplement from K-1 medical examination.

• Copy of recent vaccination record.

• Copy of both sides of the fiancée petition approval notice.

• Signed statement that copies of documents submitted are exact unaltered photocopies of originals.
