Had all the necessary forms back from the Embassy. |

Phoned my local police station for police certificate forms. |
| 7th April 2003 |
Received necessary forms for police certificate. |

Downloaded forms I-129F (Petition for Alien Fiancé) G-325A (Biographic data) |
| 23th April 2003 |
Send police certificate form in the mail with £10 fee. |
| 29th April 2003 |
Letter back for the police department stating my application was received and will be processed within 40 days. (That's between 29th April and the 6th June) |

Filled out Petition I-129F (Petition for Alien Fiancé) and G-325A (Biographic data) |

We both got the 3/4 face view passport photos done while Natalie was visting Clayton in the US which cost $4 |
| 17th June 2003 |
We both sent the petition forms by return receipt post to the Nebraska Service Center. Clayton included the cheque for $95. |

I-129F Petition was received at Nebraska service centre. |
| 27th June 2003 |
Clayton received first NOA processing takes 150-180 days. That's between 19th June - 18th December 2003 |
| 26th November 2003 |
Our case has been approved. |
| 2nd December 2003 |
Clayton received second NOA through the mail, Natalie should receive further processing forms in the next 5wks. |

Natalie received a packet from the Embassy in London, they send the following forms. Form IV-15, Form DS-230 Part 1 - Biographic Data, Form DS-156 - Non-immigrant Visa Application, Form DS156k - Non-immigrant Fiance(e) Visa Application - Supplement to Form DS-156 |

Send the following forms to the Embassy in London, :- Form IV-15, Form DS-230 Part 1 - Biographic Data, Form DS-156 - Non-immigrant Visa Application, Form DS156k - Non-immigrant Fiance(e) Visa Application - Supplement to Form DS-156 Posted it special delivery, it arrived in London 12noon the Following day. It cost me £3.75 |

Natalie received packet Four from the Embassy in London. Medical and Interview Date is the 25th February. |
